WHITE & SILVER
White and Silver iphone 5 versus Samsung galaxy note. I decided on latter. Spent my saturday queuing 4hrs for an iphone 5 and traded it for a Samsung note less than an hour after. What was I thinking? And I became an Android user overnight and beginning to feel it isn't that a bad choice at all. Though the transition was a little shakey but still made it through. I'm not a tech savvy person. As long as I have my daily usage on all my social accounts, I am more than satisfied as a smartphone user. Of course it is only natural that I had to get myself a white note cover to match my new outfit post today. jeje! Even had my nails manicured too. Was an overall lovely weekend and hope everyone did too. Lately I have been crazy over whites. Let me know if i did okay with this look.
Love the grosgrain zipper tape details on the back of this white shirt.

OMBRE DIPDYE DIY
I diy-ed my own hair over the weekends of course with the help of my patient hubby. Yes, I was bored and a tiny bit crazy. Tongue-in-cheek. Ombre dipdyeing is seen everywhere and anywhere on celebrities, fashionistas and bloggers. So why not give it a go? If you haven't realised, it is never easy to achieve the lighter tones of purples on asian brown hair like mine. Guess this is the best it can get :)
On the side note, I will be going over my comments and write to each of you soon as soon as I'm done with this post.
PART 2 // Ash + Purple Color Dye on bleached hair //
Turn out darker than expected. You will notice there are some evenness at the break line.
Anyways, it ain't meant to be perfect when it comes to dip dyeing. Just go with the flow.
I was taking this shot while doing my laundry btw. That explains the bag in the scene. Lol.
PART 1 // Bleaching Powder + Peroxide //
40 mins to achieve these pale yellow base tones. Do it moderately as it is quite damaging to the hair cells.
I do need some serious treatments after this.
DIY PROJECT SUCCEEDED!
Everything for less than USD25. Salon would have cost triple more.
